This privacy policy explains how MayaLogic (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or otherwise engage with our services. We aim to keep this short, honest, and useful.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to respond to inquiries and operate our services responsibly:
- Information you give us directly when you submit a form, send an email, or speak with our team — typically your name, work email, company, and the message you write to us.
- Technical information automatically collected by your browser such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed.
- Cookies and similar technologies, used as described in our cookie policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you have asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and product offerings.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
- With your consent, to send occasional updates about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiling or for any purpose outside the ones listed here.
3. Legal basis
Where the GDPR or equivalent regulation applies, our legal bases are: (a) legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, (b) performance of a contract when you become a client, (c) consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and our business — for example, hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. They process information on our instructions under contractual safeguards. We do not share personal information with anyone else without your consent unless required by law.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful to maintain the relationship, and then we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a rolling 90-day window for security and operations purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@mayalogic.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
We operate from Pakistan and our processors operate from a number of jurisdictions including the EU and the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, monitoring, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and authorities promptly in the event of a qualifying breach.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will adjust the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice on the site.
11. Contact
