This page explains how the MayaLogic website uses cookies and similar technologies. We try to keep our use minimal and to ask before setting anything we don’t strictly need.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. Together they let websites remember things about your visit.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function — for example, to remember a closed cookie banner or to load the right content. These are always on and do not require consent.
Functional
Remember preferences such as theme or language. Set only when you change a preference, and only kept for as long as needed.
Analytics
Help us understand how people use the site so we can make it better. We aggregate and minimise data. These are only loaded after you opt in via the cookie banner.
Marketing
We currently do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent before loading them.
3. Managing cookies
You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (added in Phase 5). You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings — note that doing so may affect site functionality.
4. Third parties
When analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Both are configured to anonymise IPs and to avoid cross-site profiling. Their privacy policies apply alongside ours.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to privacy@mayalogic.com.
